Hi, I'm Ian Taylor and I'm new to BiggerPockets and real estate investing. I'm from East London in South Africa and I work as a Architect. My main goal for real estate investing is to create a passive income stream on the side to my current job in order to build more wealth to invest more. 

I discovered BiggerPockets through finding their podcasts on YouTube and found their discussions inspiring and helpful.
