It turned out great looking and was a lot cheaper then buying the small tile with web that holds it together.

It's based off an excel spreadsheet I've been using for years - just now it's on the web!

As Sharon suggested, local REIA is a great place to start building relationships.As you scale up from a few deals, look at vendors that can provide everything you need as a system - otherwise you are going to spend a LOT of time designing web pages and postcards when you should be out finding $$$.

another advantage with web based is the ongoing support and upgrades.

So until I think it has run out (and looking at histories of bubbles it has a way to go yet) I am not scared.And no, as stated before, I do not have a crystal ball anymore, so I am flying in the dark blind like everyone else...Tony

To find an expensive one is easy, they have web sites you can find thru google, but they will "fee" you to death.

I have been trying to see if I can find any info about them or reviews and I have only found their web site and its a pretty basic one, I charged an extra 220 a month and they have to pay all 3 months up front and a deposit up front as well and have agreed to pay for any cleaning that needs to be done after they move out.

Tell me what your needs are and I can look at their web site and pick out a few models that work for you.
