I also use Digital Watchdog camera/security system to keep an eye on the property when no one is supposed to be there or to make sure the amount of people isn't double what they said or if they are sneaking in pets without a pet fee.

Honeywell 9000 color touchscreen wifi thermostats. They send me alerts which can alert me to problems and allow me to adjust temperatures when no one is there to save on the electric bill.

Wifi Water Heater, I can set it to vacation mode when no one is there to also save on electric costs of keeping the water heater hot if no one is there for a few days or longer.
