Has any one rented to AurHomes before?????

I was contacted by AurHomes based out of Omaha Ne, From what I am told they are hired by an employer to find a tempory place for an incoming employee to live. They asked me if I would consider a 3 month lease and told me it would be their company on the lease so I know I would be paid. first has any one ever delt with them? Any pros and or cons to renting to them? Should I put both the company and the actual people liveing there on the lease? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appericated
