I'd hire a servicing company to board your loans, but also hire a special servicing company like Polaris or JH Mortgage to do some aggressive borrower contact within the first 90 days.  

My wife has been in prop management for most of her adult life and is a regional manager for a large company so I plan on using her skills on the management side (why didn't we do this much sooner!!).

@Shaunda Hayes Reach out to a local broker and see if they have a holding company for agents who do not have a need to join the local board where they would just keep their license for the time being.

I informed the mortgage company in advance, and they didn't seem to have an issue with it.

or is the home at market rate but there is something extraordinary about it like a big company has recently moved there, good schools, and some nearby favorable attractions (starbucks, etc.).
