Real Estate and Commercial Investor in Dubai

Hi there!

I haven't been on this website in a very long time and looking to get back into the flow of learning new things and developing myself. I am currently living and working in the UAE, Dubai. Investing in real estate and earning a decent passive income (not 100% passive as I have to manage) but ultimately striving to own a commercial building and multiplex residential home to rent out in the very near future.

If anybody has any advice on commercial properties that would be much appreciated! I know almost nothing for what is required to invest and how to know if a commercial property is a good investment. I have acquired a good amount of experience dealing with people and companies managing my real estate investments in the UAE but know that I need to develop myself and learn many things.

Look forward to this journey!

Shace
