Has city views in the winter, there's a giant tree outside that blocks city views in summer.

.- There is $227.83 in taxes owed from Winter 2015- Our side seems in pretty okay condition, nothing major that we've noticed.

I always stay at Airbnb's and frequent tons of small local businesses, golf courses in the summer and ski resorts in the winter it's unfortunate. 

So I just won a bid on a single family house that the bank thought was still occupied (witch means they did not winterize it).
