I would love to know how you present your service as an investor who can also help them as an agent if needed, when you are cold calling. 

We almost got cold feet, but after sleeping on it realized the purpose is to add value and this could end up working in our favor.

Updated electrical panel, new water heater, reconfigured kitchen with new doors/drawers, new countertops, new sinks, new plumbing fixtures, new appliances(seller provided), new flooring, new interior doors, new vanity, detached single car garage, new garage door opener, and newer heat pump.

Review the water heaters etc.. what years are those?

I have a property in mind in Oregon that is off the grid, as in not hooked up to city power/water/sewer.

The water is not crystal blue like the Caribbean or parts of Florida, but that is the nature of the current flows, but there are some distinctions in the areas along the coast that I can tell you about.

The biggest issue with shower faucet I have had is that you can no longer put in the hot cold version when you have a shower.

I rent out an 1100 sq ft single family home which sustained significant water damage to the kitchen in November from leaky plumbing.

I was hoping there would be a perfect fit there but have not taken a bit of time to go through and look at them more closely yet.You would know more than me but seems like just using a free application or a very low monthly app can make the difference if you don’t have a PM for your properties but ya just test the waters with each one hopefully one works better for you and your personal preference.
