Off Grid Lending in Oregon

Does anyone have any suggestions on finding a lender for an off grid property?

I have a property in mind in Oregon that is off the grid, as in not hooked up to city power/water/sewer. I've spoken with a few smaller lenders/credit unions and so far no takers.  It seems lenders don't like off grid loans because fewer people are interested in buying them so they're harder to sell if the borrower defaults on the loan.

Does anyone know an Oregon lender who does handle off grid properties or have any suggestions on one?

Thanks friends!

Im not positive that they will but a lender that you could reach out to is Northwest Farm Credit Union. They seem to lend on vacant lots and farm it's worth a shot. Here is their number (866)552-9172. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out!
