I am interested in connecting with investors who are also agents. Do you mind sharing your scripts? I would love to know how you present your service as an investor who can also help them as an agent if needed, when you are cold calling. I am a seasoned agent who just recently started investing. I have done 2 JV deals and I am looking to do more on the investment side this year.

Being an agent that works with investors flows from my credibility. Ive got a rental portfolio. Ive done flips. Ive loaned money to other investors. All of it flows from the credibility from the fact that Im an investor. No scripts, I just share my experiences as an investor.
