Are online RE courses such as via Kaplan acceptable ?

Are you a hands on guy to add some sweaty equity to your deals and increase ROI....or do you farm it all out via a GC and focus on the finding the deals?

My Farmer's insurance agent sells me a special policy via US Assure that costs about $400 for 6 months - but my property values are lower than yours.

I've come across a few names via internet searches, but I'd like to hear if an BPers have any experiences they can share.

I had not used him in the past.This person also tried to obtain money via a claim of completion on an insurance roofing job.
