Ideal situation Old lady 78 years old had hip replacement and want to sell everything. 4 properties 3 multi family Properties and a Single family property.

They may be able to help if you have to make changes to the Bylaws because of the rented situation.

But at least he needs to control the situation.  

Opinion:  after you get your personal living situation squared away (I agree with @Jonathan Jamie velarde and @Stephanie Potter to use your VA loan guarantee for your own home or house hack).But the question you raise about high prices you find on MLS is interesting and raises another related question:  don't you think that other investors feel the same way?

@Antoine Martel I'm in a similar situation here in San Diego.

The woman fell in love with the house as soon as she walked in, but her pre approval fell well short of my listing price.She asked if she can buy the house at the less than asking price and then send me monthly payments until she hits my original listing price.I would love any advice if anyone has experienced anything similar to this situation.
