I found this Deal I think is a good one. Ideal situation Old lady 78 years old had hip replacement and want to sell everything. 4 properties 3 multi family Properties and a Single family property. Section 8 well kept and $6,500 per month $78,000 Gross. She wants 205k for it all...

My Credit isn’t the best and don’t have much on hand cash. What can I do?
