Is this investment worth it, or should I focus on gaining investment knowledge through training like Bigger Pockets?

The training options, systems and resources have been amazing.

I Just read this over and i am all over the place but i will leave it like that because i wanted to express myself write exactly how I talk lolHope to hear from people in this world and get some tips, advice, job, training, anything that will help me better myself.

If you’re planning to hold for many years that will include just about everything: windows, doors, roof, siding, furnace, deck, driveway, sewer line, water heater (several times), appliances (several times), flooring (several times) etc. you’re likely to come across about one or two of these big ticket items each year.

Train someone using all of the usual questions and concerns you've seen from the newbie investors and allow the trainee to gain experience from you and let them deal with all of the newbies. 

There are some training classes that teach how to do it for the QC province.

I feel like all of this has been a long and brutal training for the next chapter in my journey, lol.  

Most other professions require a degree or specialized training, so it's not believable that you can be successful in 30 days.

Research financing options, know your market, talk to other investors and attend any training your Realtor Association provides.
