I was wondering if anyone can share how they organize the mountain of paper receipts during a renovation?

We've been looking around that area for a few months and it's the best deal cosmetically and on paper by about $20K (again, using MLS numbers and not wholesaling, REO, or any of the other great strategies used by folks on BP). 

So if I don't expect much paperwork for a company (like ZEP paper products) then I just throw them into the miscellaneous folder (for ZEP I would file into XYZ - misc.)- Finally, within each folder I organize chronologically with the newest ones in front.The reason I do it the way I describe above is because I'm usually looking for something for a specific company and I have some clue about when it happened.

I put a we buy houses fast.... ad in the local paper and after appearing a week ago I've been getting about a call a day.
