@Heather MiniorTax software's for retail use would be something like H&R Block software, Turbo Tax Software, etcAccounting softwares would be something like Quickbooks, Stessa, Xero, Quicken, etcIf you are looking for a CPA, I would suggest using the following tips to find one1) Attend a Local REIA / Real Estate meetup and see who other investors are using as a CPA2) Network with other investors from your City/State that you find on bigger pockets and see who they use as a CPA3) Look for CPA's with good google/yelp reviews where 'real estate' is mentioned in the review.

@Justin R. says it best, ive been through this before in fact im just now dealing with it with a brother years after the loan was let go it somehow still resurfaces. but if you follow @Kevin M Finley outline for promise to bay back then just know you are 99% chance of not get your money back partial at best.
