I jumped in with both feet in 2020 and moved my Family from Northern California farm country to Bowling Green Kentucky. I got my RE license and bought an LTR within 8 months of arriving and recently finished my first fix and flip project. My dad was a broker and RE investor when I was young, but I only understood a small portion of what he did before I started this journey. I am looking forward to learning and sharing in the Bigger Pockets community.
