They encourage anyone to pull signs and trash them to help clean up the city or, turn them in and the city will track them down and fine them.All kinds of signs, tree services, trash hauling, fix it guys, mowing services, diet plans, we buy gold, and RE.The citizens do not appreciate those who trash up thier community.You do more harm than good, putting yourself in a bad light, IMO.

My first rehab was a nightmare, leaky roof, termite damage, full gut in kitchen and both baths, rats in the attic with urine soaked insulation, new hvac, 4 - 40' tall trees to remove, a burst in the main line, not to mention roaches running up my arm.

Same goes for "unconscionable profits": it is only unconscionable when a court of law says so.And when it comes to "informed sellers", I encourage every homeowner I deal with to seek advice from the relevant expert (tax expert, RE lawyer, RE agent, psychic/medium, tea leaves, whomever they feel is working in their best interests) on what is best for them in the transaction.
