Luc, sounds good, but I my problem there is that I am now a full time student with not a lot of income so I'm afraid they wouldnt approve me?

I am a current college student looking to broaden my knowledge on real estate investment!

I am 21 y/o college student ready to dive into wholesaling residential property.

College students will be the primary tenants, so I'm guessing wifi is the essential.

Even with college students I only had one instance for implementing. 

 (10% from rental mangement, originally 1550) I have around $1500 between a student loan and CC.Credit score of 786So right now i've bought 4 rental books I plan on reading and learning as much as I can before I go home.

Plan on more capex costs than you would with a normal property especially if these are first year students.

I'm a college student currently, working towards an associate's in computer science and unmanned aerial vehicle technician.  

I am currently a student-athlete with limited time, but just really looking to learn about the ins and outs of real estate investing.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing.
