Zillow was nice because it was free and provided the basic data we needed, but it looks like there are some other paid solutions that can provide additional owner information and data that can be beneficial to our users.  

He is the professional you hired to take on this responsibility to find solutions to your problems.

If a tenant makes a personal purchase that requires additional storage outside of the lease agreement, then it is the tenant's responsibility to find an alternate solution. 

We will always work for solutions not involving the courts, since eviction filings are expensive and time consuming and not good for anyone. 

You may love it or hate it and may need to come up with another solution to your long term goal.

Offer to buy them a window unit as a temporary solution. 

I used Bear State Handypro Solutions on my own personal home, and was happy with the high-quality work, especially the sub he used for cabinets.   

I will try to talk with my PM and see if he can find a solution. 

The solution it seems to me is to negotiate tighter inspection windows so that you are not hanging out for a month or 45 days.
