There are two units on each floor that are approx. 525 sq ft. 

The only thing we had to do was paint, replace some drywall, lay down some laminate flooring and add new appliances.

Make sure you've looked at and understand the condition of certain critical parts of the home i.e. roof, windows, flooring, etc.

Yesterday one closed for $635,000 on the lowest floor without a view at all, it had a modest 250 sq ft terrace that only the bottom floor units have.

It's impossible to "guesstimate" an install cost without a detailed information, such as:• what is this porch supporting (I.e. second level, second floor deck etc.)• footings: are they needed?
