Just removed one where "someone" kicked part of the bottom panel loose.I think the only advantage of a storm door is that in nice weather one can lower/raise the glass panel (and hopefully not manage to pull the panel out) to get some fresh air through the screen without having bugs coming into the house.Gail

Dehumidifiers cant dry behind the sheet rock, minimally I would guess the ceilings need to come down and bottom part of walls to remove moisture and water logged insulation.

I also heard a strategy that adding a P.S. at the bottom saying "did you know if your home has been vacant for over 60 days your insurance will not cover you" helped add a sense of urgency ?
