I am currently unemployed, as I am studying for various standardized tests for grad school, but if I wanted to further pursue growing my real estate holdings what sort of options might some of you use?  

According to the rent roll, rents are averaging $450 - 475/month. 

I know about the testing costs experience requirements etc not too worried about that.

Four months into a new lease I have been there three times already.Not a big deal, its usually on the trap arm and not in the main line.I have to go measure the window dimensions for hurricane panels and replace the ac filter anyways.The wife was home.I tested the drains, the left side with the garbage disposer backed up, the right side drain has no issue.  

But before the gas company will hook up the meter in my area, they want a pressure test to be certain there are no leaks. 

So...60 day close which allows me to finish up a the projects and roll right into this one!  

I tested for black mold and it was negative. 

Roll it into an IRA. 

Talk to some agents, banks, other investors, and get the ball rolling even if you don't have much cash.

Our monthly budget is around $300, which is quite small because we are still testing out our methods, ad copy, landing pages, etc.In terms of effective keywords to bid on, in my experience the more specific you can be, the better.
