Some towns like Tenafly, Old Tappan, Ridgewood etc might be too expensive for someone to buy in, but will rent instead due to the high reputation of the school systems.It is difficult to find a single family home that will cash flow.

There is another option to get control of that floor and I've made suggestions on how to do so...if the present group of owners has not prodded the alternate channels along yet and I'm allowed to manage I'll have lunch/meetings with some people to see if I could push it along so they could circumvent the bank dragging its feet.Regarding the previous Mgmt company, my connections in the local banking community and elsewhere had made comments the manager at the time did not have a stellar reputation and they'd heard plenty of negative feedback from other places he managed.
