Hello Bigger Pockets members, My name is RD Johnson i'm 27 years old and although new to real estate investing I'm an addict. My experience consists of my current house that I live in I essentially rehabbed it from the floors up. We cleaned out the whole house includling sheetrock, cabinets, took out walls etc. We put on an addition and based on the appraisal I gained around 35k ARV in equity. I'm currently looking for flips around the central and south central Arkansas area. I look forward to networking, growing, and learning from fellow bigger pockets members. Thanks, RD
