Housing Authorities can have different management structures, often varying by country and specific authority.

Does your fee schedule differ depending on violation, or standardized across all of them?

Try to go with a different (neutral) colored paint on the walls and have it be a color that will look connected to the green wall tile and the floor tile that you will install.

I think the market you're in surely makes a difference.

We have a shortage of housing and because we are surrounded by mountains it's hard to build so the supply is rapidly shirking driving rents.
