@Shahzad Shaikh You aren’t going to find many properties in the Austin metro in the $250k-$300k price range unless you look to the smallest towns on the outskirts of the area (Manor, Elgin, Taylor, Kyle, Jarrell).

Simply throw away any letters that come for your old tenant...no police are coming to the door for the tenants debts, they aren’t involved in that.
