Once you get a few deals down, then maybe you can start looking into an S-Corp for tax-saving purposes.  

If you make the minimum monthly payment on time every month, and pay the entire amount off before the end of the promotional period, you will pay zero interest - essentially a free loan.

An overall business plan helps to define your mission/purpose etc then elaborating further on a particular property when dealing with a private lender is recommended

I have thought it might be useful to create an LLC or the like for the purpose but, of course, don't have enough knowledge yet to make that decision.  

I laid a pile of cash on the table and let them know this is what I can do for a cash offer but lady said for tax purposes she would rather take payments.
