Business Plan Specific per Potential Deal or General Business Plan?

I am looking to make my first deal within the year, and I am currently in the process of writing a business plan to present to a private lender.

Do you guys suggest writing a plan for a specific property, mapping out every step for my lender to make a decision on?  Or should I write an overall general plan on how I will go handle all my deals?

Thanks in advance.

An overall business plan helps to define your mission/purpose etc then elaborating further on a particular property when dealing with a private lender is recommended
