I have different apps/services I use for all of these, but it would sure be nice to have one software product that would integrate these tasks.

Interestingly, some of the most productive communication happens when we are working at the property and a tenant casually shares something, or asks a question, or states a concern, or gives us a compliment. 

Running a product driven business means you buy low and sell high (WalMart, Costco, HEB, etc.).

Someone that can store some product but does not have heavy traffic - office furniture company (think Mac-Thrift), supply house (Ferguson), etc.

This past January I had new tennants move in and I left a bunch of brand new light bulbs and cleaning products.

I go to a local Meetup group which has never had a speaker with products for sale.

This product might be handy for any building with polybutylene piping.

But if it becomes a big production, sod cutters and lowboy trailers you could have a problem.Special use permits are usually not difficult to obtain, for reasonable requests.
