@Don Konipol Can I borrow some money?

Beginner question: I see lot of people making money in real estate investing.

My question for group is, has anyone considered a strategy like this for themselves, how did it work out, any creative ways to get the money out as withdrawal (syndications to negate tax loss, active property, 72t distributions.

Has anyone had any experience with The Hard Money Co (also known as F Street Investments).

I feel I do a better job than any local property management company and I'm much better at hiring tradespeople, making certain they do a great job and by being the decision-maker I'm responsible with my money and am learning A LOT about every facet of the industry. 

Lower end of capital and not eager for a money grab but still wanting to build capital and start this journey for my family and I. 

Many hard money lenders are hesitant to provide loans solely for land acquisition, and conventional loans have been somewhat limiting, especially for land deals.What is best strategies for raising private funds.

Please note before reading this that this is not an opportunity for "no money down" investing.

Hard Money How did you add value to the deal?

I'd probably loose money if I had to sell, but I don't intend to and I'm not loosing money on it now.
