F Street Investments aka The Hard Money Co
Has anyone had any experience with The Hard Money Co (also known as F Street Investments). They financed a house for me that took me longer than expected to finish (11 months). The house is now finished but they have charged me $40,000 for an extension! Is this normal for hard money? I have always used my own money in the past or an investment partner (who recently passed). So this is my first time us a hml.
