A dishwasher is a big selling PLUS,, Also I saw photo of your listing post and DON't do Wallpaper,, not tenant friendly and the burgundy floral print would have been enough for me to walk, it dates the unit, and NOT a selling point,,  just saying it's easy to put up but hard to take down
