I've done bundled purchases in the past and as long as you're not looking to sell properties off individually this is not problematic. 

The electric is new since a past attic fire.

I've learned something new today: in the past I always thought Sec 8 calculated rent based purely on local market rents, but what you're saying is they consider the expenses. 

It is a great option because it can make a purchase possible on a property that other potential buyers just walk past, but it is a lot of paperwork and headache.
