Real Estate leads scam- "Real Estate Leads and Marketing"

I signed on with Real Estate Federal's lead service in December 2017, and as of now (Mar 3 2018) I have received no leads whatsoever for my $1950 initial investment with them. They are quick to respond with promises of good lead flow starting next week, however after two months of this they are sounding like a broken record player. I have requested my money back four times now, and have gotten no meaningful response. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB and found similar stories there and in two other places

It seems that they have served some customers well in the past, but in my case they are only collecting money, and not marketing leads. They have recently spring forth as two new iterations/websites to try to escape their reputation and keep ripping off investors- The other two current names are Real Estate Federal, and Real Estate Leads and Appointments. I imagine that they will continue to change names and alter their marketing strategy, so please beware, and do not offer any money up front. I've learned since (the hard way) that legit lead services charge per lead, when they are delivered.
