Hello BP Fam, I'm trying to help a friend navigate a move in the DFW area but the reviews for many property management companies have been scary to say the least.

The "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and most importantly, the BP members!

Instead of focusing energy on finding finders and navigating shaky situations I would suggest you invest your energy on learning the new laws and getting the proper documents and systems in place to execute marketing campaigns to find the investment dollars you need.
