Research properties in Puerto Rico

Can anyone help me out with information on how to research properties in Puerto Rico, specifically San Juan?

I am trying to find as much info including sales history, comps and anything else which you generally research before buying a property.

@Nat C. if you have no access to the MLS your only bet is www.clasificadosonline.com is not the greatest website but that is what all the locals use just like people use craigslist here in the states. The site is somewhat bilingual so try your best navigating through it.

Good luck!

Dennis
