We run everything on QB, my admin has access to my bank accounts (yes, scary at first, but limited abilities) to reconsile accounts with cards and expenses and puts an updated copy of QB on my laptop remotley once a month, so it's there when I need it.

I think most of these LOC are probably asset backed.you can stack up credit cards .. although if you max them out your fico is going to dive so your refi could be tougher or interest rate higher.
