Business credit card for soft cost ??!!

Hello everyone,  I 've come across few youtube video that teaches people how to use a business credit card to cover the downpayment, soft cost, and etc...  was wondering if anyone has any kind of experience about this?    Juan Pablo and Clayton Morris both mentioned this way in their video but they both have different vendor and fee seems a bit different.

so I guess my question is,  with all the video all there showing no money down,  how can someone with only 30k invest in the real estate?

Thank you
