Never a dull moment!

I'm pretty overextended at the moment, so I personally won't be attending but maybe others will check it out

It was momentous for me, as fifteen months earlier, in May of 2019, I listened to my very first BP Podcast and was absolutely hooked.

Here's the thoughts at the moment:- More interested in multi-family, but open to good cash flowing SFR (or SFR with an ADU)- Typically our hold strategy is to hold until there is a better reason to sell.

They built really hard and frankly are a little overbuilt at the moment. 

I can tell you that not many banks are doing cash out refis at the moment.

North jersey to me doesn't seem possible to create a cash flow of $200 per unit with the taxes and the amount the houses are price at the moment, for example, Passaic county or bergen. my plan is to buy a duplex in a C plus area in Philly, house hacks it, and rent out/Airbnb one of the spare rooms in the unit I will live in while I live there for 1 year then move out to repeat the process.

I am working on one in Christian Park at the moment.

I know there’s renter protection at the moment but can he sell the property at this time ?

Stated income loans for primary residences are pretty much illegal at the moment, hence no one offers them.
