@John Thedford That was another issue that i thought about, not having the capital upfront to purchase the properties.

I just got off the phone with Dependable Doors in Puyallup--They would not just sell me the spring (liability issues) but for $250 - $300 would install it.Two Five Three - Five Three Seven etc etc  ....They were a referral from my neighbor and they did 2 new doors on our street....""

So there is some liability issues here.Most of the appliances I just replace them instead of fixing them.

I would say that if you do this without the proper permits, you may have issues when you sell the property and try to claim it as one entire unit.  

One of the first things i request all my Foreign national clients to do is attain a tax ID Number and a government issued document bearing a photograph.

That's the issue.

I have had installation issues with HD and Lowes in different departments.  

The bar has already been removed.The floor is the same wood, in laid with stone tiles.But the ceiling is the main issue. 

You might get some idea from the guys that have Mobile Home Parks with rural water.  

The house is in good shape with no issues, new to newish everything else, clean and all that.
