Could someone who has participated in Jersey City property auctions provide some insight into the process and what it takes to succeed?  

Has anyone gone through this process? 

@Thomas Wassmannyes Thomas I do have an interest in wholesale, and after i have a better understanding of certain processes in REI i will message you to gain more information.

This would be for one personal residence though if we live through the process, have a great result  and learn a ton from it I can definitely see dipping a toe into Jay's big land development playground.

@Russell Brazil Thank you for your feedback and based on your statement knowing how to work with an appraiser shouldn't be an issue if you present yourself as a professional and respect the process.

Does anyone know anything about that process?

I am hoping to get into the home and check it all out before starting the eviction process so that nothing gets destroyed.

And I'm in the process of marketing 26 multifamily properties in Chicago. 

I'm still in the process of building out my "core 4" so looking forward to connecting with others who are doing the same.

The foreclosure process is complex and full of pitfalls, I would strongly suggest consulting with a Real Estate Attorney in your locality; depending on how your set up, you may be able to write off the expenses incurred in obtaing the legal advice.
