Looking to connect, find a mentor, and contribute my current skills to an experienced real estate investor/agent/wholesaler in hopes of developing new ones and starting my own business in the future.

Currently looking at a deal always welcoming mentors and new connections.

I am a highly motivated person who is always open minded to learning new techniques for making money to reach financial freedom .I am currently becoming familiar with wholesaling contracts to investors , subject to’s, and owner financing with lease options .I have started my own company with the knowledge I have obtained from learning online (wish I had a mentor ) I am hoping to meet new highly motivated people who are willing to share their story with these making money strategies and hopefully meet a mentor along the way!

The best thing to do is to  find a mentor that truly knows what they are doing and work with them to learn the ropes.

Dur to so much conflicting advice I am scheduling a live strategy session with a firm specializing in entity formation strategies, legal aspects and tax advisement for real estate notes.My communications with multiple custodians, attorneys and asset management firms has been informative but confusing.

If interested we can have brainstorming session. 

Any suggestions on brokerages I should look into that align with these goals backed with the training/mentor ship sufficient for a newbie agent?
