In search of highly motivated people willing to share

Hello Community !

My name is John ! I am a highly motivated person who is always open minded to learning new techniques for making money to reach financial freedom .

I am currently becoming familiar with wholesaling contracts to investors , subject to’s, and owner financing with lease options .

I have started my own company with the knowledge I have obtained from learning online (wish I had a mentor )

I am hoping to meet new highly motivated people who are willing to share their story with these making money strategies and hopefully meet a mentor along the way!

@Jonathan Cerulli. My recommendation is to become knowledgeable by reading and absorbing as much as you can. I also recommend finding a good mentor (not just one that acts like they are helping). There are many good forums, podcasts and books through Bigger Pockets. Lastly, do something every day towards your goal. When you start succeeding, do not forget to reach back and help someone.
