It's best to compare many different list services to see what has the most leads for your specific market

I've looked for facebook groups but have noticed there seemed to be a lot of "bots" mixed in. just wanted to see if this community had any advice or leads on RE Investment groups/meetups on the East Coast of FL (willing to travel). 

I personally don't have any, but my team leads do!

I'd consider partnering up with someone and offering management, lead generation, cleaning, turning, renos, etc for either free or a low rate to understand the game and build up that network.

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

Network with professionals within the field, attorneys, RE agents, insurance and mortgage professionals will know about these leads before they even hit the market.

I've sent out approximately 300 letters and I've gotten three strong leads that I am pretty sure I am going to be able to buy or wholesale this summer.

Houses in good school districts could lead to lower vacancy rates.

I feel like I had 4 years of analysis paralysis and shiny object syndrome leading up to the point where I felt like I couldn't learn any more just listening to the podcast and analyzing deals and I really had to just get my feet wet and jump in.  

Regine was patient with me as I spent the evenings creating the systems for her to her job better, coaching her on the calls, and reviewing the leads she was getting.
