Intro/Looking for S. FL Groups/Meetups

I took the first step to get to this point in my aviation career at the age of 15. Its been a very successful ride stemming from hard work/dedication, being prepared for opportunities, and having the right mentors and network throughout the journey. Now, I'm ready to take another first step. I've read quite a few books and have watched and listened to countless hours of podcasts and videos over the past couple of months, trying to immerse myself and soak up as much RE investment information as possible. However, It's been tough finding meetups or groups in South Florida. As far as meetups, most seem to have almost no attendees. I've looked for facebook groups but have noticed there seemed to be a lot of "bots" mixed in. just wanted to see if this community had any advice or leads on RE Investment groups/meetups on the East Coast of FL (willing to travel).
