Mailing lists for NC

Hey, guys. I'm trying to do a mailing campaign to reach out to the owners of apartment complexes in North Carolina. Any advice on where to get that info/lists ? Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Pavel - I know Listsource.com might be a place to look - I know it works for single family but looking at it now it looks like you can do property searches for any type including, MF . 

I friend of mine who's been doing this recently has been just looking up the owners through tax records and then looking up those names with a WhitePages subscription

That's what I would look at first , good luck !
