I am a licensed agent intimately involved with finding/developing land for local builders.

The rents for 1 bdr is probably between $750 and $850 at this point in time.

We also have a group chat for local investors through GroupMe that’s open to anyone...not exactly a mastermind but it is a group of likeminded people in the area to bounce ideas and resources off each other.

If anyone can recommend any Realtors, Property managers, CPA's, bankers, Attorneys, Contractors that they have used I would be overwhelmingly grateful.I would also love to meet up with other like-minded people so if anyone wants to grab a cup of coffee and have a chat feel free to hit me up. 

It helps since all the roommates are on a group chat and it’s always backed up to the cloud unlike my iMessages on my iPhone.
