Greetings all you wonderful people!  I'm a relative newcomer to BP but already very energized and motivated by the ideas and practices presented here.  I'm looking to get involved in house hacking as my wife and I prepare to buy our very first property of our own in MD.  If any of you have experience in this process, or know the area well I would love to chat!  Thank you ahead of time!
