Also know that you are entitled for a free credit report from the 3 major agencies each year just go to annualcreditreport.com this may provide some insight into your current.Just wondering where is your credit at now, range wise do you have any credit history, if so is it negative history?

I agree that 1) getting a pre-qualification would be a good idea; 2) getting to a local REIA for good insights; and 3) finding a multifamily and living in one will be a good way to get started.  

I would be most appreciative if somebody could provide a little insight to some of my options.
